Artist's Description

This project is still in the process of being finished. It is a self-portrait that emerges from a casual photograph in the old Stirling cemetery. Soon I thought of incorporating a series of traditional symbols of mortality and resurrection, scattered here and there between tombs and mausoleums. So, nowadays, both from a formal and iconographic perspective, the painting continues to "move" and transform itself towards an indeterminate direction, which makes it interesting as a project, beyond its mere plastic qualities, if any.
